Here's an awesome little 4-bar MAP sensor for logging or running speed density - available in a general "GM-style" housing so anyone with a 1G, 2G or EVO can easily connect this up and be on their way. We also include a pre-wired pigtail all ready to go.
These sensors are 100% physically compatible with the original GM 3-bar sensors. So if you already have a GM 3-bar installed, this is a plug and play drop in for you. If not, simply connect the red wire to a +5v source, the black wire to ECU sensor ground and then the blue wire goes into an available ECU input. Once you've made the physical connection, you just configure ECMLink for logging and/or running speed density and you're set.
For information on running speed density, see our SD Setup page. For information on configuring ECMLink for datalogging an aftermarket sensor, see our Captured Values demo video. In either case, this sensor is 100% compatible with the "Omnipower 4-bar" sensor listed in the ECMLink application.
GM MAF cable: If you are running our GM MAF Cable, then installation of this boost sensor is even easier. You simply solder the three wires from the pigtail into the buffered baro input end of the GM MAF Cable and you're done.
